WTB and CH!

So, Mr. B(Wayne Thomas Batson) and CH(Christopher Hopper) have started a contest. I'm an extremely big fan of Mr. B's books, The Door Within, The rise of the Wyrm Lord, and Final Storm!
I sadly, have not read Mr. H's books *Sad face* But I intend to FORCE my librarian to order the,(haha, jk! She's too nice, I'll ask politely.) Anyway, So, over the next few weeks, I'll be talking all about Mr B's and Mr. H's books, and creating banners, and putting pictures up with me and the books. It's really awesome, and you should totally join if you've read both(or even just one!) of their books!

Anyway I can tell you what Mr. B's book is about

STRESS STRESS STRESS!!!!!

STRESS

Monday, I started a full time job babysittingmy nephew. I babysat every day this week! Now, with me. When I get tired, I get REALLY stressed and depressed. It's not so much the job as my mother... I love my mother, and usually I an not so angry at her. But tht's been getting REALLY hard lately.
I'm gone from 8 A.M. till 5 P.M. And she and my brother don't work til lfour, meaning they are home all day till then!!! You'd think between whenever they get up, and when they leave, they'd have cleaned the kitchen/living room/bathroom, right? Ooooh no.
The house is a pit, I'm three days behing in school AND I have a full time job. Now, I'm not saying they should do everything. But the lelast they could do is the dishes,right?
My brother does absolutely nothing around the house. And I'm NOT exagerating when I say that!!! ONCE IN A BLUE MOON, does he even dry the dishes. He's graduated so he doesn't need to do school. Don'tcha think he'd give me a hand and do the dishes till I have everything regulated? Even my mom! Then, when they get home, which is about 11, I'm up, doing my devotions and such. They come in and start bugging me, and sometimes mom doesn't get out till 12:30! And I tell her, and tell her. I have to get up at 6:30. I need to sleep! But she doesn't listen, and she stays there. I'm sorry. But my mom hasn't gotten up early for a job in nearly TEN years. It'd be nice if she cut me some slack with sleep!
So, I'm stressed, I'm grumpy. The only person I really like right now is Dad, because he gets it. And he's being nice about it, and he's the only one pushing me to relax.

Hey all! Helen is in the hizzle, fo'shizzle. Whatever that means!
Anyway.
I babysat today, and it was... interesting.
I put makeup on my nephew, so he looked like a mini cross-dresser. It was funny, and his dad was just like.
"Helen....."
I just smiled :D

Then, we go over to Bernie and Geets, but they weren't home :( So we went to hy-vee and told him that he could choose what he wanted. He got BBQ Pringles. He's two :P
We went home, took a bath, which was somewhat useless, seeing as they are renovating.
Bleh.
Then I went out and played star-tracking by myself(Ask me what startracking is later) but its not as fun alone.

And I've been working on sorting out our MILLIONS of pictures. AND finding my USB cord for my camera! but I cannot find that darned cord.

So, so far, It's been two weeks, and the librarian has not called back. So I've given up on that. But the good news is is that my sister just got TWO jobs, so I'll be babysitting monday-friday. And I'll (hopefully) be getting paid! i really need some new clothes. My jeans are getting ripped, along with my shirts. My shoes are falling apart :(
Well, I've finally found out the reason why my nephew never says my name! I always thought it was cause he hated me. Well, turns out he thinks my name is "Bicki." He thinks I'm my other sister, Vicki. And I finally realize that he talks to me a LOT. So Brianna and Ron(his parents) are working on getting him to call me Helen. Instead of "Bicki"

YYAY!! I finally have black nailpolish! And purple! So my nails are black and purple...

Hey,folks! Helen present and accounted for!

Yesterday we went to Wal-mart! I assume you know what that is... Who doesn't?!
Anyway, I got totally bright red highlights! Like, fire-engine red!
It's so cool! I'm going to put pictures up....when I feel like it :D
So, in my exploits to get more readers, I have a total of 0 more readers! WHOOOO! OK, its not that cool.

I've been trying to get ONE story together to send in for publishing. Well, TRY to publish, I mean. It's not working so well. One time I was aiming for Nightwalkers, NOW I'm heading toward Azaria. It's been balancing between the two for awhile now. I just don't know which one to do! True, I have a LOT more of Azaria done, and thats the one I'm favoring at the moment. Oh well, I'll leave it in our Papa's hands!

Speaking of which, I think you guys might like this. What I've been taking to lately, is writing letters to Him. I know, I know. Why not just pray? Well, I have always found that just thinking, and asking for something to happen, seems.... Well, it seems like it does nothing. WHICH I KNOW IS NOT TRUE. I've always felt more powerful with pen in hand. And now since I've started doing that, it feels like it means more, you know? Well, that is just my opinion. But you should try it. I think it's really... fulfilling.
And write a verse down every day. It's very fun!


I'm right in the middle of the Left Behind Kids books.
They are really good.
If you like reading, then you should really read Left Behind by Jennings/ LaHaye.
VERY good. I've read the originals, and now I'm in the Kids.
What they are about is the Rapture and Tribulation. About groups of people who find Christ, and take Him into their lives while fighting the grief of the Rapture, and the evil of the Tribulation.


Now onto other subjects.

MY DARNED INTERNET ISN'T WORKING! It's driving me nutzo!
It'll turn on for about less than a minute, then go on the fritz again. I can't even check my emails do to this, and as I'm writing this, I need to use Word-pad because its being lame.
Don't expect colors and jokes and stuff today. I'll be spending my time trying to post this up :D

Hey guys!
Can you BELIEVE its almost Fall already? Where has the year gone? It's going too fast! It seems just like a week ago that school was getting out, and now all my friends are back in school, and I'm stuck at home, and will hopefully be out and working soon. It's just crazy.
Anyway, I'll tell you about my interview... err, what I can remember of it, anyway :D
So, I get there, and turns out our clocks are about 30 minutes fast. So, I waste my time at the computer, waiting for the lady to get back from her lunch break and interview me. When she does, she walks over and asks me to come with her. We get to the interrogation....umm, interviewing room, and she asks me a whole bunch of questions. And she must laugh easily, or something... Cause she kept laughing at the weirdest things.
"I don't know my brothers schedule"
stuff like that.
Weird, right?

Anyway, I'm "auditioning" for R.G's blog. He needs people to help him keep it up.
It'd give me something to do, so why not?
Maybe I'll get more readers...
Well, I'd like to know how everyone is, so tell me!
